At RogueX Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the policy below to understand returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage.


1. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Products)

·        For purchases made within 14 days, faulty items are eligible for an exchange at our expense.

·        To initiate a return or exchange, please fill the form at the bottom of this page or contact us at roguexsportsau@gmail.com with:

o   Contact details

o   Description of the issue

·        Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


2. Warranty Policy – Hockey Sticks

All RogueX hockey sticks are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

·        If a stick fails under normal playing conditions within 6 months, it will be replaced free of charge.

·        All warranty claims require the product to be returned for inspection before approval.

Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

·        Cosmetic wear such as chips, scratches, nicks, surface marks, or invisible cracks

·        Worn stick heads, loose particles, internal rattling, vibration, or end-cap cracks

·        Stick caps (plastic caps at the top of the handle)

·        Damage caused by:

o   Stick-to-stick contact during play

o   Abuse, misuse, or general wear and tear

o   Use on abrasive or unsuitable surfaces

o   Reverse-edge hitting or improper technique

·        Damage that does not impact gameplay performance

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

For purchases older than 14 days and within 6 months, email roguexsportsau@gmail.com with:

·        Clear photos of the issue

·        Order number

·        Contact details

Our team will assess the claim and provide further instructions if a replacement is approved.


3. Custom & Personalized Products

·        RogueX Sports offers custom hockey sticks and teamwear tailored for players, teams, and clubs.

·        All custom orders require final design and specification approval before production begins.

·        Once approved and in production, no changes or cancellations can be made.

·        Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once produced.

·        If a custom product is found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery and reported within 14 days, a replacement will be provided in accordance with this policy.

·        Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details prior to final approval.
